Performance-based appointment setting

Appointment setting you pay for per meeting booked.

We agree on who your buyer is, run the outreach from your own LinkedIn account, and bill per meeting that matches that definition. No meeting, no invoice. No retainer, no activity report in place of a result.

How it works

Three agreements, then we run.

The model is simple on purpose. Everything that could turn into an argument later is settled before the first request goes out.

Agree the ICP

Titles, company size, industry, geography, exclusions. Written down and signed off. This is the list every meeting is checked against.

We run outreach from your account

Profile tune-up, list building, sequences, follow-ups and reply handling, all inside the activity limits below. You see the inbox the whole time.

You pay per matching meeting

A meeting booked with a prospect inside the ICP goes on the monthly invoice. Anything outside it is free, and we would rather not book it at all.

What is billed

A meeting counts when the person matches the ICP.

The ICP is written down before launch: titles, company size, industry, geography and anything you want excluded. Every booked meeting is checked against that list before it goes on the invoice. The check is the whole point of the model. If we could bill for any meeting, we would be paid to book junk.

  • Title, company size and industry inside the agreed ICP
  • Geography inside the agreed territory
  • Booked into your calendar from a real reply
  • Not on your exclusion list (competitors, current clients, named accounts)
What you bring

Your account, the tooling, the data.

Campaigns run from your own LinkedIn profile so the network you build stays yours. You provide the outreach tooling (Lynkgrids seats, or a stack you already run) and access to the data source we prospect from. If you already hold the lead data, you provide only the account and the tool we use to monitor the campaign.

  • Your LinkedIn profile, with Sales Navigator recommended
  • Outreach tooling: Lynkgrids seats or your own stack
  • Access to the prospect data we build lists from
  • A calendar link we can book into
Account safety

The limits every account runs under.

The account is the asset. These numbers are fixed per account and the tooling is checked against them.

Connection requests

15 to 20 a day, never more than 100 a week. Pending invites older than three weeks are withdrawn so the account never carries a backlog.

Messages and comments

25 to 35 messages a day to first-degree connections, 175 a week at most. 5 to 8 feed comments a day, 35 a week. Replies answered within 24 hours.

Email, when used

30 to 50 a day per mailbox once it is warm. A new domain starts at 10 to 15 a day and takes two to four weeks to warm up, so early meetings come through LinkedIn.

The sequencer runs on these same numbers. No sequence is configured above them.

How we run it

From ICP to invoice.

01

ICP workshop

One session to define the buyer, the exclusions and what a good meeting looks like. The output is the written ICP the billing runs on.

02

Profile and lists

We tune the profile so a visit converts, then build segmented lists from Sales Navigator or your data.

03

Launch under limits

Sequences go live at the daily caps above. Replies are handled within 24 hours and qualified against the ICP.

04

Meetings and the monthly ledger

Qualified meetings go into your calendar with context. At month end you get the ledger: every meeting, the ICP check, and the total.

Good fit

Who this works for.

  • B2B companies selling to named decision-makers
  • SaaS, IT services, staffing and recruitment, consulting
  • 10 to 200 people, with someone free to take the meetings
  • A clear offer and a deal size that justifies a booked call
Not a fit

Who should not buy it.

  • Consumer products or anyone selling to the general public
  • Teams with nobody available to run the meetings we book
  • Offers that still change from week to week
  • Anyone who wants volume over a defined buyer

Industry pages: SaaS, staffing and recruitment, consulting, IT services.

Common questions

Before you book.

What counts as a qualified meeting?
A meeting booked with a prospect who matches the ICP we agreed in writing before launch: the titles, company size, industry and geography you gave us. A meeting outside that definition is not billed.
Do campaigns run from my LinkedIn account?
Yes. Outreach goes out from your own profile, so the connections and conversations stay yours. We never send from a rented or shared account.
What do I need to provide?
Your LinkedIn account, the outreach tooling (Lynkgrids seats or your own stack) and access to the data we prospect from, usually Sales Navigator. If you already have the lead data, you provide the account and the tool we use to monitor the campaign.
How do you keep my account safe?
We hold every account to fixed limits: 15 to 20 connection requests a day and no more than 100 a week, 25 to 35 messages a day to first-degree connections, 5 to 8 feed comments a day, and pending invites withdrawn after three weeks. The sequencer is configured to the same numbers.
How soon do meetings start?
Most clients see their first qualified conversations within two to three weeks of launch. Meetings follow as the sequences and follow-ups run.
Can I move to a monthly retainer instead?
Yes. The managed campaigns service runs the same engine on a flat monthly fee with a dedicated growth manager. Many clients start per meeting and switch once they know the volume they want.

Define the buyer. Pay for the meetings.

Book a call and we will draft the ICP definition on it. If the model does not fit, we will say so on the call.
