Please read these terms carefully before using our LinkedIn marketing services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By engaging Lynkread LLP for LinkedIn marketing services, you agree to these Terms of Service and confirm that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of services

Lynkread is a LinkedIn marketing agency that provides services including but not limited to: LinkedIn lead generation, account-based marketing, profile optimization, lead nurturing, campaign management, and data-driven sales strategy. Services are delivered as described in your specific service agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed for campaign execution.
  • Maintain valid LinkedIn account(s) in good standing.
  • Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and usage policies.
  • Respond to strategy communications in a timely manner.
  • Not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

4. LinkedIn compliance

Lynkread operates within LinkedIn's terms and best practices. However:

  • LinkedIn may change its policies at any time, which may affect campaign tactics.
  • You are ultimately responsible for your own LinkedIn account.
  • We are not responsible for account restrictions imposed by LinkedIn.

5. Payment terms

  • Services are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in your service agreement.
  • Payment is due at the start of each billing period.
  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first month of service.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual property

All strategies, frameworks (including the S.P.E.A.R. methodology), templates, and proprietary processes developed by Lynkread remain the intellectual property of Lynkread LLP. Campaign content created for your account becomes yours upon delivery.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, client lists, campaign data, and performance metrics.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as connection rates, meeting counts, or revenue figures. Results vary based on industry, targeting, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

Lynkread is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions, lost business opportunities, or data loss.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in harmful activity.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salem, Tamil Nadu.
