Staffing and recruitment

LinkedIn lead generation for staffing firms that lose to bigger budgets.

The agencies with the marketing budget win the inbound. The agencies that win on LinkedIn are the ones talking to the hiring manager the week the requisition opens. We run that outreach from your recruiters' own profiles.

The problem

Where agency business development stalls.

Hiring managers are pitched constantly

Every recruiter opens with the same line about great candidates. The HR director has stopped reading. A message about the one role they are struggling to fill gets read.

Feast and famine

When the desk is busy filling roles, nobody is prospecting. When the roles dry up, the pipeline is empty too. The cycle never breaks because the same people do both jobs.

Outspent on brand

A 20 to 100 person agency cannot match a national firm on ads and events. It can out-reach them one hiring manager at a time.

Targeting

Who we reach and what we say.

  • HR Directors and Heads of Talent Acquisition at mid-market companies
  • Hiring managers in the functions you place: engineering, finance, operations
  • Companies with open roles matching your desks, found through job-post and hiring signals
  • Passive candidates, as a separate sourcing campaign if you want it
The message

What the first message does.

The opening message names a specific role family and the time-to-fill you typically hit for it. No candidate claims, no "we have a great network". The reply usually comes from the person who has that role open today.

Case study

Out-reaching far bigger competitors.

A 20 to 100 person staffing agency kept losing deals to firms with much larger marketing budgets. We built lists of HR directors at mid-market companies, ran sequences from the recruiters' own profiles and handed the replies back with full context.

How we run it

Three moves, in this order.

01

Desk-by-desk ICP

One ICP per desk: the industries, company sizes and titles that hire for the roles you place.

02

Recruiter profiles

Profiles rewritten around the roles and the proof, so a hiring manager who clicks sees relevance, not a résumé.

03

Client and candidate tracks

A business-development sequence to hiring managers, and if you want it, a sourcing sequence to candidates, run on separate limits.

Common questions

What staffing and recruitment agencies ask us first.

Is this client-side or candidate-side?
Client-side by default: we book meetings with the people who hire. Candidate sourcing can run as a second campaign from the same profiles, inside the same daily limits.
Do recruiters have to use their own profiles?
Yes. Hiring managers reply to a named recruiter, and the connections stay with your firm. We never send from shared or rented accounts.
Contract, perm or both?
Either. The ICP and the message change, the engine does not. Contract desks usually run a shorter, higher-volume sequence; perm and executive desks run narrower and slower.
How is it priced?
Per qualified meeting with a hiring manager inside the agreed ICP, or as a monthly managed engagement with a dedicated growth manager.

Reach the hiring manager before the big firm does.

Book a call and tell us which desks need pipeline. We will map the ICP for each one on the call.
