You Must NOT:

• Send spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate LinkedIn’s usage policies
• Use the Add-on for illegal or harmful activities
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the software

4. LinkedIn Compliance

• LinkedIn may restrict or block automated activities at its discretion
• You are responsible for maintaining your own LinkedIn account
• We are not responsible for account suspension or enforcement actions by LinkedIn
• You should review and understand LinkedIn’s automation and platform policies

5. API Usage

• You must obtain your own API key for integration
• Any third-party API usage or costs are your responsibility
• API rate limits and usage terms are defined by each provider

6. Intellectual Property

• The Add-on is licensed for use, not sold
• All rights, titles, and interests in the software remain with the developers
• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Add-on or its components

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL LINKEDIN FEATURES OR POLICIES.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from use or inability to use the Add-on, including but not limited to:

• LinkedIn account suspensions or bans
• Data loss (you should regularly back up your Google Sheets™)
• API service interruptions or third-party issues
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities

9. Subscription and Payment

• A free tier may be available with usage limitations
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Fail to pay for a paid plan

Upon termination, your access to premium or paid features will end immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Add-on means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law
