Privacy Policy

This section explains in detail how LynkGrids (the “Extension”) handles website content taken from your Google Sheets™. It covers what we collect, why it is collected, how it is used, how long it is kept, and how it is protected. The structure follows major data protection rules, including GDPR, CCPA, and the Google API Services User Data Policy.

1. Scope of Website Content Processing

This part of the Privacy Policy applies to all content you place inside your Google Sheets™ that the Extension reads, processes, or writes back during automation:

• Prospect names you enter and LinkedIn profile URLs.
• Custom messages you write, notes, labels, and tracking fields.
• Campaign settings such as delays, filters, and message sequences.

Limited Use Disclosure: LynkGrids’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. What Data Is Accessed From Your Sheet

LynkGrids accesses only the content required to carry out the tasks you start. This access happens through Google OAuth and is limited to:

• The specific Google Sheets™ file you select via the extension interface.
Shared Spreadsheets: Sheets created by you or shared with you by others (e.g., team-shared CRM files).
• Rows containing outreach targets, columns with message templates, and status fields.

3. Why This Content Is Needed

We use this information only to perform the features you select. The Extension needs this content to function as intended:

• To identify which prospects will be contacted.
• To send connection requests and messages you prepared.
• To record outcomes (e.g., “Sent”, “Accepted”, “Failed”) and timestamps directly inside your Google Sheets™.

4. How Your Sheet Content Is Used

All processing is carried out in real-time within your Chrome browser during the automation session. No extra copies of your data are created or stored outside your account.

• The Extension reads one row at a time to decide the next action.
• Prospect data is passed to the Unipile API only to complete the LinkedIn tasks you initiate.
• Results are written back to your Google Sheets™; no data remains in memory once the session ends.

5. Storage and Handling Practices

Your sheet content stays in your Google Drive. LynkGrids does not upload or transfer this content to internal servers.

• All read and write actions happen through secure, encrypted Google Sheets™ API calls.
• No permanent copies of your spreadsheet data are made on our side.
• Any temporary processing is cleared after completion.

6. Data Shared With Third-Party Services

Your content is shared only with the services required to perform the action you start. No additional sharing occurs.

• Prospect URL and message text are sent to the Unipile API to carry out LinkedIn actions.
• No data is sent to advertisers or shared for analytics, marketing, or training AI models.

7. Security Measures for Website Content

The Extension follows strict security guidelines when handling your Google Sheets™ data.

• OAuth tokens are kept in Chrome’s encrypted storage.
• All transmissions use secure HTTPS protocols.
• No plain text passwords (Google or LinkedIn) are ever used or stored.

8. Data Retention

Retention follows a simple rule: if it is in your Google Sheets™, you control it.

• Your sheet content stays in your Google Sheets™ until you delete it.
• No separate storage exists on our servers.
• Local extension activity data is cleared when a task ends.

9. Your Control Over Website Content

You control all information placed in your Google Sheets™ and how it is used.

• You can edit or delete rows at any time or stop automation instantly.
• You can remove LinkedIn or Google access through your account security settings.
• You can uninstall the Extension to stop access fully.

10. Practices We Do Not Engage In

LynkGrids limits all handling of your website content to essential operations only.

• We do not store your Google Sheets™ content on external servers.
• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not use your content for research, analytics, or training.

11. Compliance

Processing of website content follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, GDPR, and CCPA. We rely on your explicit action as the legal basis.

• Processing happens only because you start the task.
• Data stays within the Google Sheets™ environment unless a task requires transmission to the integrated LinkedIn provider (Unipile).
